Hi, I am Marlies and I developed the Mollycoddled baby towel
wrap after the birth of my little girl Maebel. Each night when
bath time rolled around I always found myself asking, which
drying method shall we use tonight? The towel in your teeth,
laying the towel then baby on the cold floor, or moving the
whole change station into the bathroom! It was boring and
tedious, not to mention stressful when it involved a cold,
wet, slippery, little bundle. And so one fine night the

About Bamboo
Bamboo is an ECO-FRIENDLY and SUSTAINABLE textile. The fabric is made from the pulp of the bamboo grass. It has been growing in popularity due to the incredible wicking ability, silky texture, absorbency, insulation, its antibacterial properties, and the fact that it is so light yet so strong.
It is widely favoured by many companies as we are now living in a time when sustainability and eco-friendly products are a necessity. The bamboo plant grows extremely quickly (sometimes up to 3 feet a day) and usually does not require the use of herbicides or pesticides meaning that many plantations are kept organic and replanted yearly.
Bamboo yarn is 3-4 times more ABSORBENT than cotton. This is due to the amazing wicking ability that pulls moisture away from the skin. This also creates ANTIBACTERIAL and ANTIFUNGAL properties within the fabric. This amazing textile manages to reduce the amount of bacteria and smelly odours that live
